1. Scope of Application

  1. These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes as well as all related services and deliveries provided by Hotel Klein.

  2. Any differing terms and conditions of the guest shall not apply unless expressly agreed to in writing by the hotel.

2. Conclusion of Contract

  1. The accommodation contract is concluded upon acceptance of the guest’s booking by the hotel.

  2. Bookings may be made in writing, by telephone, by email, or via online booking platforms.

  3. The hotel is entitled to secure the booking by requiring a prepayment or valid credit card details.

3. Services, Prices, Payment

  1. The hotel is obliged to provide the booked rooms and agreed services.

  2. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or applicable prices of the hotel.

  3. All prices are stated in euros and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

  4. Invoices are payable in full upon departure at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation by the Guest

  1. Cancellation by the guest is only possible if a right of withdrawal has been expressly agreed.

  2. Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation conditions apply:

    • up to 48 hours before arrival: free of charge

    • less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the accommodation price

  3. The guest is entitled to prove that no damage or a lower amount of damage was incurred by the hotel.

5. Cancellation by the Hotel

  1. The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for a justified reason, in particular if

    • force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control make performance of the contract impossible,

    • rooms were booked under misleading or false information.

  2. Any claims for damages by the guest are excluded in such cases.

6. Check-in and Check-out

  1. Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.

  3. Late check-out may result in additional charges.

7. Liability of the Hotel

  1. The hotel is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

  2. For all other damages, the hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  3. Liability for items brought into the hotel is governed by statutory provisions (§§ 701 et seq. German Civil Code – BGB).

  4. Liability for cash, securities, and valuables exists only if they are deposited in the hotel safe.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details can be found in the hotel’s separate privacy policy.

9. Final Provisions

  1. Amendments or additions to the contract must be made in writing.

  2. Place of performance and payment is Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

  3. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, insofar as legally permissible.

  4. German law shall apply.
